My unit has been working great . However, the relay no longer trips when a zone is activated. Am I supposed to have 24v A/C between M and C (on the right side of the panel, not the zone side) when a zone is active? I can trip the relay if I pull it from the Netro. Some sort of voltage output map would be helpful. 

I bought a Netro Spark to replace an existing controller (a Raspberry pi based Open Sprinkler system) which exploded probably due to a shorted solenoid.

I read that the Spark can detect solenoids that are drawing too much current; is it safe to connect the Spark to shorted solenoids without worrying about damage to the controller?

Should I test all the solenoids with an amp meter first just to make sure?

Hi - I am trying to determine if the 12 station Netro  spark would be easy for me to install.

I currently have a rather old rain bird system with 16 valves.

I think I understand the mapping of the com and individual values. But I am confused about the 24 vlt and my current rain sensor.

It seems like my 24vlt wires come from a pack/converter that is plugged into an outlet. Is this directly convertible - not sure how I take the orange wires and the devices they are connected to on the left of the picture to the new controller?

As well, would my current hunter rain sensor still work with the new controller, or do I need a different one?

Is this normal? Or will be auto updated?

I've installed 2 Spark 16s to control a 26 valve system.  All the valves are working fine with this setup.  Are there instructions for the best way to configure this?  I have low water pressure and can't run 2 valves at the same time, so some synchronization between the 2 Sparks is needed.  I could manually setup restrictions on each unit, so they can't overlap, but that seems too coarse.  Any ideas about the best way to program this?

I installed my Spark yesterday and zones 5 through 8 do not work. I metered the valve on zone 5 and it is fine. I also swapped zones 4 and 5 and the fault stayed on 5. I tried connecting the zone to 6 and 8 and still received the fault. Is the controller defective?

Is it possible to move a Zone, in my case: "Prato e back giardino" from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 in a efficient way?
Let's say, for instance:  Copy Zone "Prato e back giardino" or Move "Prato e back giardino" from Terminal2 to Terminal 3, without being obliged to cancel the previous and reprogram all in a new Zone?

I've a problem with Terminal 2: the wire broke inside and I am not able to remove it ....

I’ve got a sprite 6 system with 3 zones configured and no master valve

The watering stops before the end of planned schedule. 

So I’ve deactivated all smart function to check, manual launch planned for 5 minutes. 

It starts and after 15seconds it stops watering. 

Any idea why?

I removed an older controller and replicated the wiring when installing the new Netro.  Everything appears to be correct?  However, when watering is activated, the valves will fill up and vibrate or what not with water rushing internally.  But the sprinkler heads don’t pop up and no water comes out.  Any help here would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
