Currently Netro can only run one zone at a time, so different zones for the same time cannot be created. This limitation is due to the fact that the power adaptor can only provide 600mA max current which is only enough for running one valve (when master valve is used).

Hi Luca,

If your unit is in Host mode, it means your unit is hosted by Netro internal wifi "Netro_IRC_XXX". During setup,  it will tell you to look for a internal wifi "Netro_IRC_XXX", then connect your smart phone to this internal wifi first.

Hi Arvind,

Netro will check the weather data for the past and get new weather data at 4 am in the morning to adjust following schedules accordingly. So if watering in actual is less, Netro will adjust the watering for next few days. You can also correct rainfall in Dicover page-> tap the "+" button on upper right corner.

If you create a program or restriction, Netro will strictly follow the watering time and duration, however, preferences will not. Netro will try to water during your preferred time. However, if Netro believes your watering is not enough, it will still water your zones regardless of you preferred watering time. 

Yes restriction is a more flexible way than programs to set time range and many other rules that can be applied to all or to specific zone.

When you create a program, please make sure it will not conflict with restrictions. If programming time range is different from time range set with restriction rules, Netro will not water.

If device is offline, you can not stop watering from the app. You will have to unplug the power the stop watering.

I am trying to understand the situation here. It sounds like your WiFi connection is unstable. 

Is your WiFi router far way from the Netro devices and is it possible the WiFi signal is not good enough? How many signal bars on your phone at that location?

I can see your second device is connected and there is no reason why the first one could not unless the WiFi signal is an issue. For testing purpose if you move the first Netro controller closer to the router, will the connection be stable?

If you are sure the WiFi signal is strong please let us know and we will need to look at something else.

Same problem every time wifi restarts (power off, loss of connection)

I used to reset Netro station (blinking lights) until I realize that the problem was the delay between Netro and the WiFi 

Netro try to reconnect while the WiFi is restarting and negotiating...

Let the WiFi finish it’s startup procedure, the unplug the Netro from the outle and plug it again... 5 seconds later the light stops flashing an Netro returns to its normal situation
