Prior to installing a whisperer to my system, I set it up outside in direct sunlight for 5 days. When I try to add it to my Sprite, the light only blinks red once. I've tried multiple times to press the power button 6 times and it's still just flashing red just once. What am I doing wrong?

I have 9 zones which water every even day. 2 of the zones (flower beds) also have separate program for odd days. When the forecast predicts rain on an odd day and it does not materialize I run the flower bed program in late evening. The problem is that the full program the next day skips the 2 flower bed zones. Why is this?

Can we also add a rain probability % as the inch/rainfall parameter is not shown in weather forecasts. How does the program know when measuring minimum rain restriction.

I would find interesting to include in the new App version the statistics of the total time (minutes) of irrigation by day, month, zone, etc, for me it’s a more comparable data than the irrigation in cbm, I dont know exactly how it is calculated because you dont know the flow capacity of my system.

Hi I have ordered a Netro spark controller and three sensors. My next step is choosing 12VAC solenoids, a drip irrigation system for beds and pots and a misting system for my propagation bench.

I am new to this and would appreciate a pointer to recommended setups and suppliers.

Do I locate valves near to the Spark and run underground hoses to my beds or am I better off running cables to valves next to the beds? What are the pros and cons? 

My spark is not watering my lawn when smart zones are active.  Weather forecast might show lots of rain coming in next couple of days, but then we don’t get any rain.  The controller will say next watering in 8-10 days.  Shouldn’t the system recognize that I didn’t get the rain, and readjust? I have even gone in on the rain forecast setting and raised the skip rain setting to over 1in.  Also on the calendar it doesn’t show a symbol indicating why it didn’t water on most days.  

When I try to change settings on my whisperers it gives me this error code. Both my phone and the whisperer are in range of the wifi. Also, I can change it from someone else’s phone but mine continually gives this error. What’s the issue? I’m on iOS, the phone that worked was an android

I have pixie for one year, the first year is was working perfectly. Nevertheless when i reinstall it this spring, I observed a frequent problem : 

when pixie start watering, there is like a air cavitation noise in the pixie and the pressure of the springer is almost zero, I have to manually turn off the tap then reopen it ( while pixie is still on) to recover the full pressure in the watering system. Meaning that the system is useless if i am not at home to each time turn off then on the tap. 

Can you provide me some tips to troubleshoot, and fix this issue?

Good afternoon,

I have two sensors that register always the same % of humidity. One, about 4/5% and the other about 98%.

For a test, yesterday I poured direct water in the sensor that indicate 4% and it jumped imediatelly to 95%, V but after a few minutes it returned down. Also during a small raining it didn’t change. Is there some suggestion to be function them right? Position, mode of positioning into che garden ….

Hello.  I have a Sprite-6 device. A head in one of my zones broke over the winter and we have had a rainy spring so I want to run my system manually until I can get everything repaired and ready for summer.  How do I Pause (take off line?) a location\device and then run each zone on demand?

From the home screen, I use the manual watering option. Each one of my four zones won't go higher than 30 minutes each. I can go to the wheel adjustment, but it won't go higher for some reason and I'd like it to go to 60 minutes.

Is it possibile to ad new site for the weather forecast? The ones available aren’t accurate.

Different zones have varying moisture levels even when I get rain. How do I adjust individual zone to have more accurate moisture level?

my controller stopped working after I lost water for couple of days. I unplugged it for 15 minutes but the sold red light is not clearing and the controller is not working. Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks
